The combination brings two established, independently built practices under a single team at Keller Williams Realty Boise.

Oliver and O’Gara have spent the last twelve years building one of the most established practices in the Boise real estate market, working alongside 208 Market at Keller Williams for years before the collaboration. Both teams say the decision grew out of a shared approach to the business: relationships before transactions, and a people-first philosophy in every client relationship.

208 Market and Oliver O’Gara Real Estate describe the move as a combination of equals rather than an acquisition. Both practices retain their individual history and client relationships, now operating with the shared resources of a single team.
